Turbo Training

It's October and the temperature is dropping as fast as the sunlight. It can mean only one thing - turbo season is here! I've revised last year's sessions, and created some new sessions for this year to keep everyone going throughout the winter season.

Regular attendees will know the format, but for those of you who have never been along before, we do a warm-up to begin, followed by the planned turbo session, usually lasting between 40-60 minutes. We then take a quick break, followed by a short circuit session, aimed at improving your core strength for cycling. This month's planned sessions are attached, so you can all see what's in store, and the aim is for these to complement any other riding or training that you may be doing.

All sessions take place from 7:30pm at Ballerup Sports Complex, though many of us tend to turn up a little earlier for a chat and a warm-up.
