A good diverse field of riders braved the cool and blustery conditions for the club's 10 mile TT championship. When I say diverse I mean all abilities and ages, from 19 year old Rauridh Brown to 68 year old Andy Wilson.
Good to see so many helpers out too, photographers, marshals and a pusher off. On a hard out route the riders benefitted a little from a strong westerly on the way back. Fastest on the night and 2018 club champ was Mark Carroll with a fantastic 22.42. Well done Mark. In runner up spot was the ever consistent Martin Smith with a fine 23.46. The handicap prize was emphatically won by Vince Pickering who looks as though he has recovered well from his injury and his time was 24.00. Billy Brierley took the runner up on handicap with a 27.16.
Thanks to all riders for showing up and all helpers on the night. See you as usual on Tuesday evening.
