Hi everyone, just a friendly reminder that the club's winter turbo training sessions start back this Tuesday (9th October), and will run for the next 6 months, in place of the Jack Robertson Auldhouse League.
Regular attendees will know the format, but for those of you who have never been along before, we do a warm-up to begin, followed by the planned turbo session, usually lasting between 40-60 minutes. We then take a quick break, followed by a short circuit session, aimed at improving your core strength for cycling. I will post each month's planned sessions in advance, so you can all see what's in store, and the aim is for these to complement any other riding or training that you may be doing.
Training kicks off from 7:30pm sharp, at Ballerup Recreation Pavilion (postcode G75 0SD, in case anyone needs to plug it into a satnav), but many of us tend to arrive around 7pm for a chat and a warm-up before the session begins.
I won't make it along to the first session, but should make it the following week.
